Dongcheon Sikdang 동천식당

Whole anchovies are braised bones and all in a spicy, salty sauce and wrapped with rice in lettuce leaves for Namhae-style myeolchi ssambap. The flesh turns soft while the fine bones stay noticeable. Myeolchi hoemuchim goes the other way: raw anchovies tossed with vegetables in a tangy red dressing, cold and crunchy. Set 1 brings the ssambap, the raw salad and soup, and Set 2 adds grilled fish.
