한상차림밥상
Hansangcharim Bapsang is a bossam and galbi-jjim restaurant on Hanbit-ro in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, distinguished by a banchan spread generous enough to fill the entire table. The bossam features large, tender slices of pork that yield softly in the mouth, enhanced by wrapping with saeujeot, ssamjang, or pa-kimchi for varied flavor combinations. The galbi-jjim received an elevated presentation after a recent renovation, with tender rib meat well-matched to its seasoning. Ordering dolsotbap adds a personal doenjang-jjigae per diner, and the well-cooked, sticky rice makes the banchan alone a satisfying meal. The rectangular steamed egg draws particular praise for its silky texture, and banchan refills are freely available. The recommended starting order is the bossam set for two, though a one-person bossam plus one-person galbi-jjim combination is also accepted. Solo dining is not available, requiring a minimum party of two. Lunchtime waits are possible.
