Haeyuldam is a specialty-cut BBQ restaurant on Hyeonmu 1-gil in Wansan-gu, Jeonju, situated near the Gaeksa area and the Gaengni-dan-gil dining strip. The menu centers on premium cuts rarely found at standard Korean BBQ houses - most notably garomaksal (skirt steak), beef tongue, and mokjeonji (pork jowl) - all selected for quality and grilled tableside by staff who guide diners through the optimal tasting sequence. The garomaksal is distinctively chewy yet tender, offering a textural experience far removed from conventional samgyeopsal, while the beef tongue is seared to a precise doneness that releases a burst of juices with every bite.
