Gohyang Sancheon Chodang Sundubu 고향산천초당순두부

Here in Chodang Sundubu Village, the menu has been trimmed to tofu alone, with dishes like tteokgalbi dropped. The sundubu jeongol brings soft curds and seafood in a spicy, clean broth, and the chadol version adds thin slices of beef brisket. Free kongbiji, soybean pulp from Korean-grown beans, is set out for diners to take home.
