Aged pork is grilled over charcoal, and the kimchi stir-fried on the iron plate picks up an almost buttery note. Dwaeji hansang is the pork set; ogyeopsal is five-layer pork belly ordered on its own. Doenjang stew comes with the meat, and kimchi-broth cold noodles (kimchi mari guksu) or steamed egg round things off. Round tables fill a wide room, and wine corkage is free with glasses provided.
