Rather than a sprawling hotel spread, the buffet at Glad Hotel Yeouido keeps only the core stations: meat, seafood, sashimi and sushi, pasta, salad and desserts. Lamb chops, LA-style short ribs, chuck flap, beef tartare and sukiyaki make up the strongest part of the spread, while sashimi and sushi offer fewer options. Snow crab legs are served cold and salty. Unlimited wine or unlimited beer can be added to the ticket, and soft drinks are ordered separately. Staff clear plates quickly before they pile up, and cold brew, ice cream and fruit close the meal. The hotel is near Exit 4 of National Assembly Station, and drivers hand their keys to the valet in the underground garage.
