The signature gamasot-tangsuyuk (cauldron-fried sweet-and-sour pork) is made with thick-cut pork loin, each piece hand-trimmed of fat, making it suitable even for children. Served fresh from the fryer, the coating is exceptionally crispy, and the tangy, non-salty sauce lets the meat's natural flavor and texture shine through - the restaurant confidently serves it bumuk-style (sauce poured over) as a mark of pride. The jjajangmyeon has no separate gan-jjajang option on the menu, but the regular version is prepared in a style that closely resembles it, featuring a rich, wok-charred black bean sauce that is both savory and subtly sweet. The jjamppong draws a pleasant sweetness from generous onions and is mild rather than aggressively spicy, though some note the broth volume can be modest.
