Eunhui's Haejangguk 은희네해장국

The haejangguk (hangover soup) comes spicy, but ask for the seasoning on the side and it arrives as a clear broth instead. The bowl is filled with beef brisket and shank, coagulated blood, bean sprouts and dried cabbage leaves. Dombae gogi, Jeju-style boiled pork, comes in small, medium or large. The shop is near the Jungmun resort area and opens early in the morning.
