Eulji Darak 을지다락

Getting in means climbing a narrow staircase to the fourth floor and pushing open an iron door to find a large chandelier hanging over the dining room. The Darak omurice, rice under a soft omelet, arrives with staff slicing the omelet open at the table, and the egg stays tender while the rice is light and separate. The Darak rose pasta has a thick, creamy tomato-cream sauce with a slight kick at the end. Tables sit close together, which makes quiet conversation hard.
