Dongseong Sikdang 동성식당

Black pork duruchigi comes heaped with bean sprouts, seasoned scallion and shredded radish, and staff toss it all together and stir-fry it at the table. The seasoning is Jeju style, neither fiery nor salty, and a small extra charge switches the pork to skin-on belly or belly with squid. Single portions are accepted. Rice is charged separately, and the dish isn't really over until the leftover sauce has been fried with rice. The gogi-guksu, pork noodle soup, is generous with meat as well.
