Every bowl of soup comes with a separate dish of freshly boiled somyeon (thin wheat noodles), and both noodles and rice are refilled free on request. The restaurant is on the ground floor of Shinhan Innoplex in Gasan, and weekday lunch brings a long wait. Teuk gomtang is clear beef broth with a larger portion of brisket, while galbitang carries bone-in short ribs. For a group dinner with soju, the spicy galbi-jjim mixes ribs, glass noodles, rice cakes and flat fried dumplings in red sauce, and the leftover sauce becomes fried rice.
