Ink Coffee Gasan occupies an entire building in the Gasan Digital Complex, offering seats from basement level one up through three aboveground floors and a rooftop. The industrial-chic interior with a central courtyard structure creates a sense of scale and atmosphere rarely found in the Guro-Gasan area. All beans are roasted in-house, and the rich coffee aroma greets visitors at the entrance. Distinctive single-origins like Guatemala Rum Barrel are available for the adventurous, and the vanilla bean latte is a well-executed staple. The bakery selection is extensive, with olive cheese sourdough, fig sourdough, and milk cream salt bread drawing the most attention. During the Christmas season, stollen makes a fine gift, and a large tree goes up each year, some regulars return specifically to see it. That said, the bagels lack the characteristic chewy density and feel closer to ordinary bread, and certain pastries show inconsistency depending on thawing and proofing conditions. Anyangcheon stream runs directly alongside the building, making it easy to pair a visit with a waterside walk. Gasan Mario Outlet is nearby for a combined shopping-and-coffee outing. Even on Sundays seating is generally available, and parking is possible right in front of the building. Orders are placed on the first floor with seating spread across the upper levels, and the outdoor views are an added bonus.
