Doma Jungnim-dong 도마 중림동점

The LA galbi is cut from ribs 6, 7 and 8 and comes out very tender; any overly salty bites even out when wrapped in cabbage with a dab of wasabi. Diners grill the Doma Set B, LA galbi and cuts such as rib finger meat over charcoal themselves, and staff explain the order to eat them in. Herb salt brings out savoriness, and the wasabi is mild enough to pile on. Spicy marinated crab and fresh kimchi come as side dishes, with doenjang stew or naengmyeon to finish. Some guests bring wine bought at the nearby Bottle Bunker, and there are lockers for coats.
