A renovation left the dining room and restrooms noticeably clean and bright. Waits are shorter than they once were, reservations are accepted, and prices sit at dedicated hanwoo-restaurant level. Saeng-deungsim, fresh hanwoo sirloin, is grilled on a tabletop pan and eaten with pa-muchim, a dressed scallion salad. Buchaesal, chimasal and eopjinsal broaden the order, as does the Sammi Modum combination. The rice finish is kkakdugi-bap, or kkakbap, rice mixed with cubed radish kimchi. Ice cream comes as dessert.
