The kitchen fries chicken in batches every 15 to 20 minutes, and each batch disappears so fast that people wait by the tray for the next one. Rice comes three ways, white, black glutinous and barley, and the spread includes things rarely seen at Korean buffets, such as pyeonyuk (pressed boiled pork), buckwheat soba and spicy marinated crab.
