A roastery near Unseo Station, it roasts green beans in the basement and brews in plain view at an open bar on the ground floor. The hand-drip list is long, and the owner talks you through each bean. The bright, acidic Geisha Washed filter coffee shows what the place is aiming for; for something sweet, the Chase Nuts Latte adds a nutty note to strong espresso. Downstairs has big tables and enough quiet that plenty of people open a laptop and work.
