Bomnae 봄내

The menu says myeolchi ssambap, but the fresh anchovies arrive bubbling on a hot stone plate in enough red, peppery broth that it eats like a spicy fish stew. Lay the fish on rice and wrap it in lettuce with pickled radish; lettuce keeps coming as long as you ask. A common complaint is that one bowl of rice runs out well before the anchovies do.
