Hadong Hanwoo Gukbap 하동한우국밥

Hanwoo jeongol is ordered for two at minimum, and as the beef, glass noodles, mushrooms and scallions simmer, the broth grows deeper with the meat. Add more noodles and fry rice in what is left, and it becomes a heavy meal.
