Bansongjeong Guksi 반송정국시

The buckwheat noodles and broth are both made in-house, yet the gimbap gets talked about nearly as much as the soba. It's rolled to order with warm, just-cooked rice, and that warmth is welcome next to cold noodles. Mul-bibim soba has a cold, tangy broth heavy with bonito, and ttaengcho soba gets hotter the more of the accompanying green chilies you eat with it. Orders go through a kiosk and a serving robot brings the food once your number is called, but nobody shows you to a seat, and the first visit can be a little confusing.
