Yuseong Bulbaek 유성불백

The pork bulgogi, grilled on a wire rack over hardwood charcoal, is deeply smoky. The kimchi stew that comes with it in the set goes the other way, clear and mild enough to pass for kimchi soup. Greens from the self-serve bar are for wrapping the meat, and an extra rolled omelet pairs well with a piece of the stew's kimchi on top.
