Wonjo Jobakjip Bongwan in Mapo-gu, Seoul, is a marinated pork rib specialist using only domestic Korean pork. Ribs and pork shoulder arrive together, but the shoulder rivals the flavor of the ribs, so ordering extra beef is less worthwhile than focusing on the pork combination. The small taste-portion of dongchimi-guksu has a pleasing acidity that contrasts well with the sweet ribs and can be topped up for 2,000 won.
