Dinner happens on a boat moored on the Han River at Mapo, where each table grills its own meat over charcoal. The onboard barbecue set brings meat, shrimp, pineapple, rice cakes and sausages to one grill, and a pot of ramyeon makes a hot finish. In cold months every table is wrapped in clear vinyl with its own heater, and on windy days the deck rocks noticeably.
