A plain door in a Huam-dong alley, easy to miss from the road, opens onto a cave-like interior of stone, wood and exposed hanok rafters. Upstairs, seats tuck under the old roof beams like a cabin, though the ground floor has the better view. The signature malt latte is nutty and heavy, the affogato whisky combines an affogato with whisky, and a chestnut tiramisu covers the sweeter side. Dogs are allowed inside. Sunday mornings are calm, but weekend afternoons fill with groups.
