Udon-dang 우동당

Curry rice comes with every order, and extra curry rice, white rice and noodles cost nothing. The hand-pulled noodles are not thick but have a springy bite, served either in hot broth or as bukkake udon with tsuyu poured over. Dan-saeu udon, with sweet shrimp, runs only from November to February. The handmade tonkatsu on the side menu is crisp outside and tender inside.
