Tongkeun Galbi Mapo Gongdeok 통큰갈비 마포공덕점

The unlimited B course brings thick-cut samgyeopsal pork belly, pork neck, dak-galbi chicken and marinated galbi to the grill in turn, near Gongdeok Station. The marinated galbi is not overly salty and goes well with rice, while the belly has an even balance of fat and lean. Meat and side dishes all come from a self-service bar, and staff watch the grilling and swap the grill plate when needed. At lunch a separate galbi set comes with rice and doenjang-jjigae, a soybean paste stew, and cold naengmyeon noodles can be added. Cheese-topped steamed egg is ordered on the side.
