Built in collaboration with Hyundai Motor, the Gildong branch opens onto a towering ceiling, wall-height bookshelves and bare concrete that feel closer to a gallery than a cafe. Hand drip runs on single-origin beans such as Colombia Huila Pink Bourbon, while the cappuccino pairs strong espresso with fine milk foam and neat latte art. Fresh lemon pound cake, clearly lemon-scented, sits well beside a milk coffee. Both floors are spacious with wide gaps between tables, and the ground floor is quiet on weekday mornings. Whole beans are sold to take home.
