The house-roasted beans are named for where their flavor goes: Ongi (warmth) for nutty, heavier cups, Kkothyang (floral scent) for bright acidity and flowery notes, and Sanchaek (stroll) for decaf. The same bean can be ordered as an Americano or as a hand drip, and trying both shows how much the brewing changes it. The almond cream latte is topped with a nutty cream made in the shop.
