In winter the whole rock face opposite the cafe becomes an artificial ice wall, and from a warm seat inside you can watch climbers work their way up. In summer, with no ice, stone steps lead down below the wooded cliff to a small lake. Hand-drip coffee is ordered by single-origin bean, and there is not much in the way of bread or desserts.
