Pork spine bones, the kind used in gamjatang, come heaped on top of the jjamppong. The meat falls off the bone at a touch of the chopsticks, mussels, clams and smoky wok-fried cabbage fill the broth, and the heat is mild enough for children. Choose rice instead of noodles and it becomes close to a pork-bone hangover soup. It is one order per person, and a bowl is more than an average appetite can finish. The Tabling waitlist starts filling in the morning; put your name down as soon as you arrive.
