Poo pad pong curry carries plump crab meat along with shrimp and squid, and the beef noodle soup arrives deep-colored and heavy with beef. Rice dishes include minced-pork kaphrao and khana moo krob, crispy pork belly stir-fried with vegetables. Pad thai pairs naturally with beer, and stir-fried morning glory rounds out a shared table.
