Courses come one plate at a time with gaps between them, so with the wait added in, a meal here takes a good while. The set runs from spring rolls to yusanseul, chili shrimp and sweet-and-sour pork, then ends with a choice of jajangmyeon or jjamppong and a dessert of lychee stuffed with pineapple. The spring rolls come with a sharp mustard sauce, and the sweet-and-sour pork should be eaten as soon as it arrives, while the meat is still tender.
