Kyo Ramen 쿄 라멘

Three noodle styles anchor the menu near the Gyeongui Line Forest Park in Yeonnam-dong: tonkotsu ramen, tsukemen and aburasoba. Two diners do well to split the tonkotsu with the soupless aburasoba, since its dense pork-bone broth grows richer toward the bottom of the bowl.
