The juice is pressed from raw carrots, nothing like sweet fruit juice, and it leaves an earthy, slightly fibrous edge on the tongue. Carrot cake and carrot macarons are on the counter too, and the carrot sangria comes with or without alcohol. The signature sand cookie is very sweet. Every table gets postcards and colored pencils, and finished cards go into the mailbox on the terrace, with Sehwa's sea behind it.
