Cafe LaLaLa is a carrot-themed cafe on Haemajihaean-ro in Gujwa-eup, Jeju, directly facing Sehwa Beach. Wide windows frame pale sand and emerald water, while small interior decorations and terrace props extend the Jeju carrot and seaside theme into the room. Its central drink is pure pressed carrot juice. Instead of hiding the vegetable under strong fruit flavor, the juice retains the earthy scent, restrained sweetness, and lightly fibrous body of raw carrot. Served cold, it tastes less sugary than a conventional fruit juice and begins with a green vegetable note. Carrot cake translates the same ingredient into a moist orange-toned crumb layered with cream. Carrot macarons use crisp shells and a softer filling, reducing the theme to a small pastry with a very different texture. The signature sand cookie is sweeter than the juice and the cake, and coffee supplies roasted bitterness against its sugar and baked flour. Carrot sangria combines the color and vegetal sweetness of carrot with fruit acidity. Both an alcoholic version and a version without alcohol appear within the concept, creating two paths through the same unusual drink.
