Jukhyang Chinese Cuisine 중화요리죽향

Plates come out oversized at Jukhyang, a Chinese restaurant in the student district of Hyoja 2-dong, Chuncheon. Jaengban-jajang, black bean noodles tossed with sauce on a wide platter, leaves leftovers even when two adults share it. Tangsuyuk arrives as thick pieces of fried pork with sweet-and-sour sauce already poured over, and even the small size feeds several people.
