Roasted pistachio gelato finishes with a toasted-grain note close to misutgaru, a Korean roasted-grain powder, while gamtae caramel layers a dalgona-like sweetness with salt and the green, oceanic taste of gamtae seaweed. A regular cup holds two flavors, usually one from the standing list and one limited-time choice. The rotation follows the seasons: chestnut honey with gorgonzola, kumquat black-tea tart and Korean-melon sorbet have all appeared, along with a carrot sundae layered with parsley oil, cream cheese, hazelnut praline, lemon ice cream and cinnamon crumble. On a 2025.08.19 visit a cup cost 7,000 won. The shop is small, with few seats. The texture is dense and heavy rather than airy.
