Seorak Gelato 설악젤라또

Squid ink is on the gelato list here. It belongs to the Seorak Line, flavors made from Gangwon ingredients such as Sokcho squid ink, Yangyang mugwort and Bongpyeong buckwheat, and any of them can share a cup with a classic like chocolate or vanilla. The mugwort is intensely grassy; the buckwheat is nutty. The shop is a little out of the way, up a hill behind the public stadium.
