The grilled fish set brings yeolgi (red rockfish), Spanish mackerel, mackerel and flounder together, and the red yeolgi is the chewiest of them. On some days, though, the fish has been grilled ahead and arrives with soggy skin, a letdown if you expect it straight off the fire. A blue crab doenjang stew comes with it, but the dish that sticks is the ganjang-gejang, sweet and salty soy-marinated crab that begs for rice. The cod soup is clear and clean.
