Huiraedeng Chinese Cuisine 희래등중화요리

Long established in Simgok-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon, this Chinese restaurant hosts company dinners and the formal meeting of two families before a wedding in a large hall plus private rooms in several sizes. Tables usually set a shared platter sized to the group in the middle, such as tangsuyuk (sweet-and-sour pork) or jeon-ga-bok, a mixed seafood platter, and add individual jjajangmyeon or jjamppong. Flavors stay clean rather than aggressive.
