Halmae Pi Sundae 할매피순대

The sundae gukbap broth simmers in a large cauldron over a wood fire, and each bowl is loaded with blood sausage, offal and pork. The pi-sundae packs a dense blood filling into chewy large-intestine casing, with almost no gamey smell.
