The signature spicy galbi-jjim jeongsik features fork-tender braised short ribs in an addictively sweet-and-spicy sauce, accompanied by grilled mackerel, aehobak-jjigae (zucchini stew), and roughly eighteen to twenty banchan rooted in Jeolla home cooking, namul, kimchi, jeotgal, and more.
