Despite the Busan beach name, the kitchen cooks South Jeolla-style set meals in Jangseong-eup. The spicy galbi-jjim set brings braised short ribs, sweet and spicy without being harsh, plus grilled mackerel, zucchini stew and roughly 18 to 20 side dishes. The aehobak-jjigae set centers on the stew itself, thick with pork and Korean zucchini, and lunch brings a wait.
