Haejangguk Jip 해장국집

Haejangguk, a hangover soup, is served in the morning and seolleongtang after that, one dish at a time, and whatever is on simply arrives once you sit down. The rice comes already in the soup and cannot be served on the side. The seolleongtang is thick and fatty like a long-simmered stew rather than a milky bone broth. The beef is soft and plentiful. It is an old place in a Dong-gu alley with no name on its sign.
