The signature plate is hanwoo tenderloin steak, eaten with a pinch of Maldon salt and a swipe through carrot puree, but the tenderloin cannot be ordered on its own as an extra. Truffle cream gnocchi mixes truffle oil into the cream sauce, yet the mushrooms keep it from feeling heavy, and the seafood tomato risotto has some heat. The fruit on the burrata salad follows the season, strawberries when they are in. The restaurant is close to Space Walk in Pohang.
