A sauce of soy and abalone innards carries the jeonbok-dolsot-bibimbap, abalone rice in a hot stone bowl. It tastes quiet at first and grows on you spoonful by spoonful. With only about ten seats, lunch usually means a wait. Book a day ahead for the omakase: seafood pancake, octopus, fried sea eel and black-pork tangsuyuk lead into the bibimbap, momguk (Jeju pork-bone and seaweed soup) and a citrus sorbet.
