A wood-toned ceiling, antique furniture, and tables of differing designs continue the visual rhythm of the gallery walls. Large windows face trees and the slope beyond the property. A compact terrace adds outdoor tables and separates the garden seating from the indoor exhibition rooms. Flat-iron steak and grilled-vegetable salad places long pieces of beef over leafy greens, cooked vegetables, cheese, and dressing, with bread served alongside. The double-steak hoagie fills a split elongated roll with chopped beef, doubled cheese, and jalapeno, emphasizing meat and melted cheese rather than a bed of fresh vegetables. The skillet steak hoagie divides grilled meat between a warm metal plate and its bread.
