Napa cabbage, bok choy, kabocha squash and mushrooms sweeten the clear broth without making it heavy. Once the dumplings are gone, kalguksu noodles go into the same pot, or rice gets stirred into what is left. Fresh geotjeori kimchi comes alongside, and group seating handles gatherings.
