Daon Jjukkumi Haemul Jjim 다온쭈꾸미해물찜

For a jjukkumi restaurant, the dining room is unexpectedly done up like a classic European cafe, restrooms included. The jjukkumi set has you mix fire-charred baby octopus into barley rice and five-color vegetables, with acorn pancake, chilled acorn jelly soup and a salad in house-made dressing alongside, and the seasoning stays mild. The cuttlefish set is the hot one; haemul-deumppuk-pajeon, a scallion pancake topped with seafood almost like a pizza, takes the edge off between bites. After the meal, coffee and iced tea in a small cafe corner by the exit are free.
