Beans are cooked in-house and go into everything on the menu, with far less sugar than the store-bought kind. The house-made patbingsu uses plain shaved ice rather than today's milky snowflake ice, which can feel coarse if you are used to the latter. The scoop on top is vanilla or green tea, with vanilla kept in winter.
