At lunchtime nearly every table at this second-floor butcher's restaurant has a bowl of galbitang, packed with meat. For grilling, the hanwoo assortment puts ribeye, rib finger meat and special cuts on the grill with green onion, mushrooms and potatoes. Raw liver and tripe are served only on days the meat comes in.
