Prime T-bone is wet-aged, then dry-aged, and seared hard, with tenderloin and strip loin on either side of the bone. The Hanwoo porterhouse, from Korean native cattle, carries a larger tenderloin portion. The dining room sits on the second basement level of Seoul Finance Center in Gwanghwamun, with dark wood, leather seating, and white tablecloths, and parking is free for 2 hours. Creamed spinach and Reggiano potatoes are the classic sides, and the Cobb salad is big enough that a steak order may need to shrink around it. Lunch menus include bread, an appetizer, and tea after the meal.
