Red velvet curtains, chandeliers and a grand piano on a small stage give this wine bar near Yeoksam Station the look of a European jazz club. Live jazz plays in the evenings, and booking a birthday or anniversary event gets a solo set of about 10 songs plus a birthday tune. The brunch platter runs from salad and bread through a main course to dessert. Carbonara here is thick and buttery, while chicken bourguignon comes in a tomato sauce made for mopping up with bread. The wine list runs to 300 labels, and besides the main hall there are private rooms and group tables.
